About Us
DYEN is a nonprofit equipping young people through tuition-free skills training, mentorship and empowerment programs in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.
Our Story
2020
In 2020, we held a free training to show young people simple ways to start making money online. Surprisingly, it went well. And that was when we realised there was a huge skill gap among the youths — they needed to be taught the right skills to succeed online. So, after much planning, we decided to start up a network that gives youths full access to these skills without paying hefty tuition fees: The Dominion Youth Empowerment Network.
Today
We’ve trained more than 4,200 young people, with 682 additional students across our 2026 cohorts. Our latest reported figures also include 845+ interns placed and scholarships worth more than N1bn. Training completions, internship placements and scholarship value were last updated in 2025; the 2026 student count reflects participation, not confirmed completions.
