Camera Fundamentals
Essential camera parts (Lens, Viewfinder, Sensor, Shutter, Aperture, ISO, Mode Dial), camera types (DSLR, Mirrorless, Film, Smartphone, Point-and-Shoot)
The Exposure Triangle
Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO - understanding how they interact to control exposure, brightness, sharpness, and depth of field
Composition Basics
Rule of Thirds, Leading Lines, Framing, Symmetry, Depth, Negative Space, and Fill the Frame techniques
Lighting in Photography
Natural and Artificial light sources, Light directions (Front, Side, Back, Top, Rembrandt Lighting), Hard Light vs Soft Light
Photography Ethics & Responsibilities
